2. Products

Artisanal pieces from the Thau Lagoon collection. Photos are non-contractual; each piece may show slight variations.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros incl. tax on each product page. VAT not applicable, article 293 B CGI. Format (dimensions) appears in the title or description.

4. Order and payment

Single path: choose in the shop → cart → secure payment via Stripe (card) → confirmation page. The order is firm after payment confirmation.

5. Delivery and pickup

• Pickup in Balaruc-les-Bains: free
• Mainland France delivery: €4 (€5 large format)
• Free shipping from 2 pieces in the order

Delivery mode is chosen at checkout. Pieces are in stock in Balaruc. Often shipped the same day; delivery in 2–3 business days in mainland France.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under the French Consumer Code, private customers have 14 days to withdraw, except for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. Contact: flamingoart34@gmail.com.
