Data collected

Depending on how you use the site, we may process:

  • identity and contact details (name, email, phone, delivery address) when you order or send a message;
  • payment data: card payments go through Stripe. FLAMINGO ART does not store card numbers on this site;
  • contact-form content (name, email, optional phone, message), sent to flamingoart34@gmail.com;
  • an internal visit counter: page path, optional piece id, event type (page view, add to cart, begin checkout). No name, no email in this counter;
  • Vercel Analytics audience measurement (aggregated page views);
  • browser local storage: shopping cart and display language (FR/EN).

Purposes and legal bases

  • process and deliver orders (contract);
  • answer messages (legitimate interest, or pre-contractual steps);
  • accounts and legal duties;
  • understand which pages and pieces are viewed, to improve the site (legitimate interest). No file selling, no third-party behavioural ads run here.

Retention

Order data: for as long as commercial management and legal duties require (including accounts). Contact messages: for as long as the request is handled. Visit counters: aggregates kept for the workshop, without advertising profiling.

Véronique Bleuse / FLAMINGO ART; host Vercel; payments Stripe; email (Gmail) for orders and the contact form — each within its task. No invented social network, no third-party ad pixel added by this site.

The cart and language choice use browser local storage. Vercel Analytics and the internal visit counter measure audience. No third-party behavioural ads run by FLAMINGO ART. Stripe may set technical cookies needed for the transaction, on Stripe payment pages.
